Document Solutions is a cost-recovery work unit of Simon Fraser University’s Ancillary Services, which is comprised of support, business and retail units providing a wide variety of essential services to students, faculty, staff and the SFU community. Ancillary Services is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day running of SFU’s operations.

Our goal is to support the administrative, marketing and communication goals of SFU with one-stop professional expertise, convenience, cost-effective services, and excellence in customer support. We demonstrate community and global leadership through our sustainability practices.

We’re accessible
Document Solutions supports SFU campuses with a centralized production facility at Burnaby, an office in Surrey, and online storefront solutions. SFU is a regional print-hub for the PSI sector for production of institutional exam booklets fin BC and providing online print-on-demand services for the BCCampus Open Textbook (OER) initiative.
