type=\"1\">\n<li>Your <strong>contact information<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Your <strong>shipping details<\/strong><em> (if different from above)<\/em><\/li>\n<li>A valid <strong>departmental charge code<\/strong> for billing<\/li>\n<li>Preferred <strong>User ID <\/strong>for your account.\u00a0 <em>(Not your SFU Computing ID)<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Name of an applicable <strong>workgroup<\/strong><em>. <\/em><em>(Optional)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Our Customer Service Representative will contact you to confirm your information and set up your account for you.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>Placing a WebCRD Job Request.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Using an appropriate browser, go to\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/webcrdserver.docsol.sfu.ca\">https:\/\/webcrdserver.docsol.sfu.ca<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Login using the User ID and password provided.<\/li>\n<li>Change your password if prompted.<\/li>\n<li>Choose <strong>Ordering<\/strong> under <strong>Roles<\/strong> dropdown menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Start your print order<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drag and drop your file into the zone \u201c<strong>Upload a File<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>In the dialog box that appears, enter an appropriate job order name (e.g.\u00a0 <em>\u201cSurrey-Student Poster 23\u00d736\u201d)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>On the Cart Page:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Indicate number of copies needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Confirm that the billing code, contact and shipping information is correct.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Enter any special instructions, job details, or handling information you want us to be aware of.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Choose desired service level (estimated turnaround time and surcharges).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Select a shipping method and include any special delivery instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>When you are ready, <strong>Place Order<\/strong> to submit your order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>You will receive an <strong>Order Submitted<\/strong> receipt with the <em>WebCRD work order number<\/em> and the details you provided.\u00a0 Refer to this number when making any inquiries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your file needs to be print-ready and in the proper file format.\u00a0 <\/strong><strong>If not, there <\/strong> <strong>may be delays and additional charges due to the need to adjust your file for proper printing.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We'll review your request and contact you if there are any
